The High School Basketball program is excited to add Travis Godfrey to the assistant coaching staff.

Meet Travis Godfrey
Which sport and grade level(s) will you be coaching?
Travis: High School varsity basketball.
What led you to KCS / what made you feel compelled to coach at KCS?
Travis: Joey led me to KCS talking about the great things the school is doing Academically and with Athletics. I’m looking forward to helping this program grow on and off the court.
How long have you coached? Where have you previously coached?
Travis: I’ve coach for 18 years. I ran the Tennessee Shockers AAU program from 2003-2017 with many kids being recruited to D1 & D2 schools. During this time I was also NCAA certified. I was also head basketball coach at South Doyle Middle School. Last year I was assistant head coach for the Varsity at Halls high school, where I also served as head JV coach.
What excites you the most about being at KCS?
Travis: I’m really looking forward to working with kids from different nationalities this will be new for me and has my very most interest.
