Wanda Shirley’s position at Knoxville Christian School started out as a volunteer when she was asked to cover the library classes over 20 years ago. Mrs. Shirley’s life experiences have allowed her to aid students in areas of computer technology, library science and research skills. She feels blessed to be a part of Knoxville Christian School and enjoys working with students of all grade levels. Mrs. Shirley believes that in order for our students to become a positive and productive member of society, we must first instill a love for God, a respect for authority and a generous, forgiving heart. One of her favorite scriptures is Matthew 6:34. “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” This is a constant reminder that God is in complete control. All 3 of Mrs. Shirley’s children are graduates of Knoxville Christian School.
