We seek to partner with families to educate children for a life of service to God. While the primary responsibility for financing a student’s education rests with the family, we seek to accomplish this goal by keeping tuition costs as low as possible and by offering financial aid to families who need assistance.

How to Apply for Financial Aid Through FACTS
We partner with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to help evaluate financial aid applications fairly and securely. If you are seeking tuition assistance for the upcoming school year, please follow the steps below to complete your application.
Step 1: Access the Application
- Existing Families: Log into your current FACTS Family Portal. Navigate to the “Financial” tab and select “Apply for Grant & Aid.”
- New Families: If you are new to our school, visit our FACTS Family Portal to create a new FACTS account and begin your application.
Step 2: Complete the Online Form
- Fill out the comprehensive household financial questionnaire.
- List all students in your household, even if they attend a different school or college.
- Submit the non-refundable FACTS application fee at the end of the form.
Step 3: Upload Required Documents
To verify your application, FACTS requires you to upload copies of your financial documents. You can securely upload these directly into the portal:
- Your most recent Federal Tax Return (Form 1040) including all supporting schedules.
- Your most recent W-2 Wage Statements for all working adults in the household.
- Documentation for any non-taxable income (e.g., Social Security, Child Support, Welfare, Workers’ Compensation).
Step 4: Verification and Award Review
- Processing: Once all documents are uploaded, it takes FACTS approximately 7 to 10 business days to verify your application.
- Notification: Our school’s financial aid committee will review the verified FACTS report. You will receive an official award notification letter directly from our admissions office once a decision is made.
- Billing Integration: Approved financial aid awards will be automatically applied as a credit to your FACTS Tuition Payment Plan, reducing your remaining monthly installments.
FOR 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR
- Copies of your 2025 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules (A or,L,C, E, F, etc.).
- Copies of your 2025 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of your 2025 Business tax forms (if applicable) including Schedule K-1, Form 1065 or 1120S.
- Copies of your 2024 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules (A or,L,C, E, F, etc.).
- Copies of your 2024 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of your 2024 Business tax forms (if applicable) including Schedule K-1, Form 1065 or 1120S.
