Knoxville Christian School’s 2024 Early Learning Center Summer Program
AGES: 18 Months – 4 years old (or 5 going into Kindergarten in the 24-25 school year)
WHEN: Tuesday, May 28 – Friday, July 26, 2024 (closed Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5)

HOURS: 7:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.
REGISTRATION FEE – One-time, non-refundable Registration Fee – $75/child
TUITION – Summer Program Tuition – $1650 for the summer
2nd student – 5% discount
3rd+ students – 10% discount each
NOTES: There is not a part time tuition.
• If your student attends 1 week or all 9 weeks, the tuition remains the same.
• If your student attends 1 day or all 5 days, the tuition remains the same.
HOW TO PAY REGISTRATION – AND COMPLETE THIS FORM
MUST CALL FOR POTENTIAL OPENINGS – TO PAY ONLINE: MUST CALL FOR POTENTIAL OPENINGS
– Choose “Tuition or Fees” and fill in registration amount. $75/per child
– On next screen, make sure to put the “description” of what you are paying for (Summer Care Registration fee). DON’T FORGET to write in the family (child) name.
– Fill in Credit Card or Bank info
– Pay
*NOTICE: Your child’s spot will not be held until the registration fee is received
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition per student must be paid using one of the 3 options:
1) Pay in full ($1650) by Thursday, May 23
2) Pay in 2 payments, due $825 May 23 & $825 June 26
3) Credit card authorization of 6 weekly payments of $275; payments made May 23, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19 and June 26.
NOTE: To maximize our program, a good vacation time would be July 27 – August 8, with Knoxville Christian School beginning its next school year on Friday, August 9, 2024
Priority placement based upon earliest sign up date. We are contacting families in March, 2024 regarding placement.

REGISTRATION FEE – $75/STUDENT
Your registration fee MUST be paid to reserve your spot. Vacancy for students is limited and it only takes a few minutes of your valuable time, but it will ensure your child’s spot is held.
